I''m having a hard time deciding which setting and diamond.

But I also really like the effect of fine milgrain and how it gives a vintage look and how it makes the whole ring sparkle more, they can''t add milgrain to the amphora setting

I was told if I prefer micropave or beadset pave than I should consider the setting which is on the link below
but I''m not sure the difference or which I like better

I can''t even tell if this has milgrain or not?

#2 does not have milgrain but it does have metal work that they could milgrain (sort of the rim around the outside of the halo and down the shank).
The main difference I see is that with #2 the melee is bead set where #1 are more prong set.
