well it has the Italian stamp , so should be an Italian maker, normally Italian designed jewellery has a star and afterwards a number. and there's a directory where you can find the factory that made it. it this case the letters of your first picture is unreadable.

I appreciate your response. I cant seem to read that either. Im going to have to take it in somewhere just didnt want to get ripped off. Thanks again

In most cases knowing the maker won’t make the difference between “getting ripped off” or not, unless it’s being represented to you as a designer piece.

The first picture look like it says “mayor’s” to me. From what I found online: They are a luxury American jewellery company from 1910.
