Help identifying is this coral and marqisite

Hi

I picked up this ring at a market.

I am not sure what it is but it was sold to me as coral and marqisite in sterling silver

Someone has done a poor job cleaning it not sure if I can improve on how the marqisites now look ?

Any ideas?
