Help identifying gold maple leaf brooch

Hi. I have tried and tried but can’t find anything to help me identify this brooch that was my mother’s. It looks just like a Tiffany one but since it doesn’t say Tiffany, nor does it say the gold count, I’m guessing not. It has a series of numbers on the back and I’m curious what they are about. I’d love to find out the manufacturer, or anything else about it. My mother died many years ago and I’ve recently stumbled upon some of her old pieces. This is probably 50 years old. Thank you.
