While I am getting down to the wire on getting a diamond
I am trying to propose next friday on Memorial Day Weekend

Budget: Under $3200 for Diamond alone
Goals: Finding the Best Diamond for the Money that is the best looking to the eye and Largest size.

What I seem to Like: AGS ideal Diamonds. Not sure why but they appeal to me more than GIA ones

Setting is going to be: White Gold band with two side diamonds

Found 4 Diamonds all at James Allen that I like
Help me find the best for me, please give your opions on why one is better than another. Any honest advice and knowledge is truely appreciated!!!

Once you get to an AGS Ideal princess, you are already in a very select group. All of them will look very nice. It may be budget that sets your choice, but it won''t be numbers or parameters. Color is something people can see while clarity faults in these stones will be invisible most likely. Toss a coin, throw darts, or look at the total cost and make what probably is a choice that no one will notice. You''ll be fine.

Of course, you can always use the Pricescope search to compare relative values for dollars, but basing it on dollars on diamonds you have not examined in person makes little sense.

So, I got my ring from James Allen Last night. Its absolutely gorgeous (The sparkle is

)
I took it down to jareds for them to examine and place in setting

The guy at Jareds was like wow this an awesome diamond and how ideal cuts are the worlds best then he went on to say that just a median diamond at Jareds was close to 5K. I laughed

He verified the number on the AGS Report matched the number on the diamond. He also tried to find the one Inclusion and then found it after a few mins and was even more amazed on how clean the diamond was.

So far so good with the diamond. Really do appreciate the honesty and good diamonds James Allen have

Will take some pictures in its settings

Cheers
