Help finding tapered solitaire?

I recently fell in love with a platinum solitaire band that I tried on at Costco, of all places. Well Costco doesn't sell their bands separately, so I need help finding a similar one. I emailed them and they told me the band is 2.7mm at the bottom and tapers to 0.9mm at the intersection of the band and the head. I believe this is the band I tried on:
