help finding diamond

i''m new to this and diamonds in general so i''m looking for some help of course.
i''ve done quite a bit of research here the past week and feel like i have a general idea of what i am looking for. if any of you could help me find a diamond similar to this from a reputable vendor, i would really appreciate it.

from what i have read, it seems most prefer GIA cert.
budget is around 2800
cut-ideal
color-H
size-somewhere around 3/4 carat, but obviously larger if within budget
clarity-VS2 or SI1 if eye clean
faint to no fluorescence
thin to slightly thick girdle
as far as the depth/table percentages go, I would really like a combination that displayed a greater ''size'' appearance
again, i don''t know a lot about the measurements usually given so i am in definate need of help.
if there are any other suggestions that will result in a better diamond, feel free to advise.

Is 2800 for the total ring or just for the diamond? If it's for the total ring do you know what kind of setting and how much that will subtract from the budget?

If the budget is just for the diamond, there's this .72 G-VS2 at wink.

And just to throw this one in...yes, I know it's an F, SI2, but looks amazingly clean to me, although I probably wouldn't go with it.

I wouldn''t be too put off by medium or strong flourescence.

In general it''s not noticeable and can actually enhance color - especially when buying an H (though H is a pretty good color anyway)
