Help- Finding designer/maker of my setting

So I bought this beauty on eBay for $199. The seller said it was stamped “GSL428449 14K ZP” I know the GSL is probably a diamond grading/tracker. But I am curious about the ZP hallmark. Does anyone have any ideas. Sorry if this is wrong place. This is my first post. Thank you for any help!
