Apologies in advance for rambling!
I plan on proposing in May, and looking to purchase an engagement ring very soon.
I want to purchase a Halo Platinum Cushion pave ring with a Cushion LGD.
Ideally I would like to find 1 reputable online jeweler who can supply everything.
It seems overwhelming to buy just the lose diamond, and then figure out another jeweler for the rest.
My budget is aprox $5,000 - $7,500. I like quality but do not like to overpay.
My first thought was this James Allen ring for $1,930 (-30% referral coup) so $1,351

plus this matching wedding band for $1,500 (-30% referral coup) so $1,050

As far as the Cushion lab diamond, I have a wide range of 1.25 – 2 carat (chunky style not crushed ice).
I am thinking a L/W ratio of 1-1.01 would be ideal in the ring, however let me know if I am wrong.
From what I have read Table should be 60-65%, Depth 65%-68% (don't go 69+), Polish/Symmetry excellent, and Girdle thin-slightly thick.
Color: F or better, Clarity: VVS2 or better, Cut: Very Good or better
I definitely lean toward better specs over carat size. Overall I just want a gorgeous ring that she will love.
1 - What are your thoughts on this 1.22c cushion diamond for $2,820?

2- How about this 1.73c cushion diamond for $4,580?

3 - Or this 1.54c cushion diamond for $3,790?

Am I on the right track on any of these?
Can anyone recommend some lab cushion diamonds? Are there other things that I should be looking for beyond the specs I mentioned?
Should I be searching for more hearts and arrows over some of the perfect specs?
I started reviewing the forums and noticed a lot of lab diamond recommendations are from Ritani.
I also see that their similar diamonds are lower priced then James Allen. However, their rings seem to be double the price, but maybe that would even out in the end.
These are the Ritani ring options I was looking at. Have others purchased their lab diamonds in Ritani settings all together and are happy?
Or is Ritani mainly just used for lose LCD's?
This Ritani Cushion-shaped Halo Diamond Engagement Ring is $2,300 (not sure if these go on sale or if there is a code)

plus this matching wedding band for $2,220

I truly appreciate you reading, and any assistance you can provide.
My future wife & I thank you!
