help find setting

Hi everyone--I think I saw a setting similar to this once but now cannot find it.
I am looking for a setting similar to the one in the picture but with only two marquise
stones on each side...but with a space between them. Preferably with a plain band, but
if anyone has any examples or pictures of this setting that would be great
