Yes. In the end, a cooked CE diamond looks significantly worse than the stone did before it was filled in the first place.

My diamond always showed feathers. They do not look like some of the fracture filled feathers I have seen on Good Old Gold & other sites. They were noticable with the naked eye if you looked very hard. I think my jeweler sent my diamond into the Riddle''s Jewelry in Bismark, ND so there is no way I could find out what the polisher thought as far as if my diamond was burned or fracture filled.
