Help deciding on round brilliant stone.

This forum has been so helpful... and again I appreciate everyone that has been a part of it.

I am looking for a round brilliant cut diamond and am having trouble deciding.
I am caught in the decision between two stones, but am open to opinions on others if you would do so.

Here are the two GIA reports of the sones I am looking at... Which might you "prefer" and if you don't mind, why so?
I am by no means an expert and am learning as I go.

Oh, and by the way my budget is around 3500 for the stone. Not sure how I forgot to add that.
