Help! Cushion Cut Cognac/Chocolate Diamond

Howdy...

I am in need of a Square cushion or rose cut Chocolate diamond for an engagement ring. It needs to be .75 to 1 ct.

I would prefer a darker diamond with a lower seat. It is going to be set in Rose Gold.

I have been looking around and I really am not sure where to start...Any recommendations would be appreciated.
