I'm having difficulty choosing between two RB diamonds and am hoping for some advice.

The second is a AGS 1.06 CARAT F-VS2: http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut/1.06-carat-f-color-vs2-clarity-ideal-cut-sku-559063
I have actually already purchased the first diamond, but I am considering returning it mainly due to the color grade.
