Help choosing between two diamonds

Hi all,

I've been lurking for a while now, learning as much as I can. Last week, another user posted a tool to that graphed the price curves from James Allen (http://www.sproutworkshop.com/diamond-deals/), which I used to narrow down to two choices that seem like a good deal:

http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut/1.19-carat-h-color-vs1-clarity-excellent-cut-sku-1071291
http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut/1.13-carat-h-color-vs2-clarity-excellent-cut-sku-1071303

Both are HCA < 2.0, medium flourescence. I contacted James Allen and had them send me the idealscope images, which I've included below. JA said "The images were taken at different times, so one image is brighter than the other, but both of them are filled with red coloration, indicating strong brilliance."

Before I pull the trigger, I have two questions:

1) Does the brightness of the idealscope image matter? Otherwise, I think both look good, but I wanted to double check with some experts.
2) Is the feather in the 1.19 VS1 a concern? I've read here that feathers on the girdle can potentially lead to breakage, but how about on the table?

Thanks!

Not an expert, but I'm confident that inclusions in a VS1 stone will not pose durability issues.

Both idealscopes look good. It's the relative lighting within the idealscopes that make the difference. These are different camera set ups. They are both good.

How exciting!! Please post pics when you get your stone. Have you picked a setting?
