H&A images for 1 & 2?
want ISs for 4 and 5

Ditto Yssie, but just looking at the various color and clarity combos and the prices, I like the 1.4 H VS2

For ease of use, all the stones are from Brian Gavin:

OK, so the latter three diamonds are not in house stones. You know that means no upgrades or buyback right? You will need to ask BGD to call them in and they will run their analyses. It will take a little time. Just wanted to make sure you knew the difference between the first two and the last three.

Dreamer -

Thanks for pointing that out. I did notice it was different via the FAQ section on the BGD website.

Now that you have some additional info (even though some would be evaluated by BGD, any thoughts?

I would stick with in house stones because they are a known commodity, personally. Between the first two... well it is color versus size. I own a 1.2ct G and am considering going up to a 1.5ct I color. Have you seen diamonds in person? So you know your color preferences? Does your gf want a large diamond, if size important to her?

Dreamer - thanks for all the advice. Yes, I have viewed many loose stones at B&M stores near where I live. With my eye, I notice polish / symmetry more than color. That said, I am leaning towards the H&A stones. Any advice on selecting the "right" H&A stone?
