Help! 2+ Carat Diamond

I really don't know what to choose among the below two.

$21K+ 2.26 Ct, H color, VS2(eye clean), ex/ex/ex, strong fluorescence, table 59%, depth 62.3%, 34.5 41.2, HCA 3.8
$24K+ 2.55 Ct, I Color, SI1 (eye clean), ex/ex/ex, none fluorescence, table 57%, depth 61.7%, 34.5, 41.0, HCA 1.7

I know one has better color and clarity. The other one is bigger and better HCA. There is $2,500 difference in price. What to choose? Help!

Diamond two has better overall sttats. Find out if it is eye clean.
