Hi, unfortunately the serial number is one thay is used a lot in fakes. The color and finishing of the ring look like it is not gold or diamonds. And definitely not Cartier. Sorry it is not what you had hoped!

That serial has been abused by low-quality counterfeits for long time.
Don’t bother paying for an evaluation, it’d be wasting (more) money. I do hope you paid very little for this.

Its 1000% fake, and it won’t be gold or have diamonds either.
Thats ok for a $10 fun costume jewellery ring but no one sells genuine Tiffany pieces from a car boot.
