Hearts on Fire Platinum Alloy?

Hi does anyone know what Hearts on Fire use as their alloy in their Platinum? Are they 95% platinum 5% ruthenium like Tiffany's? I emailed HOF and they didn't seem to have a clue what I was asking, and gave me a totally unhelpful answer... also I can't find the info on the web anywhere or on their site. Was hoping someone here would know! Thx!
