Hearts and Arrows scope enough to review diamond?

Is a hearts and arrows scope enough to pull the trigger on this diamond, or should I purchase an asset scope? If so, does anyone know where I can purchase an asset scope that has fast shipping, I need to return this diamond in 6 days!
