Hearts and Arrows Diamond Melee

Hi,
I am currently looking for a lady wedding band. The jewelry shop offers hearts and arrows diamond melee.
I am planning to get 8 to 10 pointers for each diamond melee.
Can anyone let me know more about hearts arrows diamond melee?
are they ideal cut?
are they worth it given their premium price?
will i be able to tell the difference compared to other melee with bare eyes?
