Wrong! I went to Renee Brinlee at Whiteflash.com! There aren't enough words that can express how grateful I am to have found someone like her to assist me with such an important step in my life. She pretty much came to my rescue and made sure my engagement process went on without a hitch.
From the day I decided that I was going to propose to my then-girlfriend, the very first thing that came to mind was "with so many options out there and me being so picky, this ring process is going to be very stressful". I have a tendency to go all-out and read everything there is to know about something before buying it, especially if I'm spending beaucoup bucks. After weeks of researching e-rings, it was time to start searching for one to buy, and I had already decided for cost-efficiency sake that I would be doing this online. I always found that no matter what I came across, the most competitive prices belonged to Whiteflash.com, so I decided to give them a shot. Upon giving Whiteflash.com a call, a lady with an extremely jubilant voice by the name of Renee answered the phone and brightened my day immediately. I knew right then and there that this engagement process was going to be everything BUT stressful.
Throughout the entire process, Renee ensured that I was always kept in the loop with everything. She was always responsive to all of my emails and phone calls and even made herself accessible during off hours. Renee’s friendliness, honesty, persistence, and knowledge of diamond rings made me feel like a customer that was truly taken care of as if I were one of her own. It took a couple of months before we finally nailed it down due to my pickiness and customizations, but in the end it was Renee’s patience with me that spoke volumes and got me everything I had asked for in an e-ring.
The only thing I knew that my then-girlfriend wanted in an e-ring was a classic solitaire without the glitz and glam of excess diamonds. Of all the e-rings I looked at, the one that most caught my eye was the Tiffany Novo. As beautiful as that specific ring was, 1) I was looking for a round diamond, not cushion, 2) I didn’t want all of the pave stones, and 3) I wasn’t going to pay the Tiffany dollars. However, I still wanted my e-ring to resemble the Tiffany Novo in some way. With Renee knowing exactly what I wanted, she set me up with Joe Druhot, Whiteflash.com’s CAD and Design Specialist, and we hashed out every single customization detail until we had my e-ring figured out. As for the diamond itself, based on my C-specifications, Renee spent weeks-on-end finding me every possible high-quality diamond she could search for until I was sure it was the one. What we ended up with was a 2.17ct F-VS2-Ideal diamond set on a platinum Tiffany Novo replica, which I’ve coined the “Joe-vo”.
I won’t get into the details of my proposal, but let’s just say she said yes! My fiancé loves the ring and is already talking about working with Renee and Whiteflash.com again for our wedding bands. Once again, thank you Renee. I know Whiteflash.com won the award, but you truly deserve the honor of “Lord of the Online Rings”! I’ve attached pictures to share this beautiful e-ring with everyone…enjoy!
