HCA and Black by Brian Gavin

So I was reading this other thread and people were talking about Black by Brian Gavin, so I looked it up because I'm a newb and had no idea who/what it was. Then off of their site, i entered ALL of their diamonds into the HCA tool (I know, I'm crazy), and they ALL came back with 1.4-1.9. Is it safe to say that as long as we buy a diamond with VS2 clarity that is atleast 1.9 on the HCA tool, we are good?!

The HCA is a weeding tool. Any stone that scores 2 or under is worth a further look. If you can, get
an idealscope of the stones that score 2 or under would be good.

There are some VS2s that may not be eye-clean under all circumstances so that is something to
consider.
