HCA .5 and HCA 1.2 , Help critique

Hello all,

Im looking at these two diamonds. They look similar but the HCA # is far from each other.

Diamond 1
HCA - 1.2
carat - 1.71
color - G
Clarity - VS2
Cut - Excellent
polish - Excellent
Symmetry - Excellent

HCA - .5
carat - 1.70

Is one a little better then the other? im guessing no. Since anything below 2 is ok.
any advice about these two would be great!

From the numbers, both could work.
 
Just from numbers I like the 2nd but I would want to see photos and magnification and scopes and stuff. The plot makes me curious since there are two crystals noted. One seems prongable the other is not.
 
I finally got an image of the 2nd diamond. Is this a 10X image?

I circled what i think to be the inclusions in the diamond. Am i correct in it? Also i circled something that looks like another inclusion, but i asked the vendor to see if that was some dirt or not because the GIA report didnt list anymore inclusions.
Another question, GIA report list fluorescence as none. But in the picture i see some blue. The blue im seeing is not a fluorescence tint correct?

Probably just the inclusions being reflected around.

No, that is not how fluor will look like. It is probably just the stone reflecting something blue in the environment.
 
It looks good; it's more like a 40x magnification.
