having trouble uploading photos - help

I''m trying to upload some pics of my new tacori eternity ring and matching band, but am receiving an error message....anyone else having this problem??

Try renaming the pictures. You may have to re-size them too.

Thanks....after hours of trying I finally figured out I could just open the pics in internet explorer and then just simply copied and pasted.
