Have you ever heard C.Dunaigre certificate?

My supplier show me unheated Ceylon sapphire and he also show me the certificate from
C.Dunaigre lab. I never heard this certificate before. Can i trust this certificate?
Their website also not have.

Although established 5+ years ago, C. Dunaigre Consulting does not seem to have a web site. But here's some info about Christian Dunaigre:

These certs are gaining popularity - especially with New York dealers - as Mr Dunaigre visits from Switzerland for the week- and will have your stone back within 24 - 48 hours. This is much faster than submitting to the GIA or another lab - who usually take a couple of weeks...and it means they don't have to have all their stock out of commission in the process. Mr Dunaigre is apparently very respected - and previously he worked at Gübelin Gemological Laboratories in Switzerland as the lab supervisor. There are a few independent articles about him on the internet - but he doesn't seem to actually have a website, which is just plain weird in this day and age. That said, very reputable dealers use him, as do auction houses so he does have standing and his reports are seen as respectable in the trade.. I guess it will just take some time for it to trickle down to us, outside of the trade.
