Hi,

This is my first time ever purchasing diamonds and I never thought there would be this much to think about when buying one. I have been looking all over the internet for a week and finally made my decition to go with James allen
(https://www.jamesallen.com/mobile/f...le-prong-diamond-earrings-33-ct-tw-item-55851)

Now after buying it I'm not sure if I have made the right choice, there is numerous other selections I could have picked from which has a bigger diamond at a smaller price.

Examples:

Ritani: $525
Metal 14kt White Gold
Diamond Minimum Total Carat Weight: 0.50
Diamond Minimum Color: I
Diamond Minimum Clarit:y SI2

Blue nile: $510
Metal 14kt White Gold
Diamond Minimum Total Carat Weight: 0.50
Diamond Minimum Color: I
Diamond Minimum Clarit: I1

Its still not to late to change, but I would really just like some feedback from more experienced buyers to see if I have made the correct decition.

All help is much appreciated.

2 options...if you want really nice studs (and spend about the same-ish but for better stones)
Whiteflash has these
https://www.whiteflash.com/diamond-earrings/4-prong-basket-diamond-earrings-1353.htm or
https://www.whiteflash.com/diamond-earrings/3-prong-martini-diamond-earrings-304.htm
Looks like the .25 are $450 and .5 are $895 so if you go with .33 it will be somewhere in between that price.

Other option is Yuketiel at ID Jewelry.
You can tell him exactly what you want and your price range and see how big he can get you. Ask for Pricescope quality stones and they will be
well cut. Price should be good.

So, bottom line, I* would cancel the order and go with one of the above.

Emailed ID Jewlery and managed to get get a .50ctw with 18k gold setting for a little under what I paid for the other ones.

Thank you so much for your suggestions, made me a lot happier with my purchase.
