Has anyone worked with TImothy Schuler?

I am set up with an appt with him later this week to get some of my pieces appraised. I did find him through PS, but I don't know if it's a prefered vendor list that one pays to be on it?
How accurate are his appraisals? The woman who answered the phone said that appraisals take about 30 minutes, does that sound about right?

ETA: I don't know if it matters but he is in the Tampa Bay area.
