I recently was referred to someone in town who is quite famous in the Diamond Business (I''ve actually heard seen him on TV!): Michael Greene. He was responsible for Paris Hilton''s 24 carat honker of an engagement ring and was on "The Apprentice" during one of their challenges. He provides Escada diamonds during Fashion Week for their show.
He seems like a very nice man with great credentials. I thought he was way out of my league and wouldn''t be able to find anything for me, but he personally called me today and told me he would love to help! I almost fell over when I heard it was him! He feels we can find something I will like that is within my budget. I sent his assistant an e-mail tell her I was small potatoes compared to the clients he usually deals with, so it''s ok if he wanted to save his assistant''s time in trying to find me a diamond, but he called to invite us in for an appointment in a few weeks. YAY!
