Has anyone seen this ring/setting before?

Hi guys,

Saw this recently at a jeweler in Syd and was just wondering if anyone had seen this particular style or something thereabouts? Im looking for a tapering solitaire with side diamonds.. I love the heart shape hidden under cos my gf's initial starts with M and it looks like one
