Has anyone bought a custom piece from James Allen?

I'm getting ready to order a custom ring from JA but I thought It might be prudent to
ask for the experiences of those who may have done just that and get your feedback.

Bought my upgraded engagement ring 2 years ago from them. I was in love with the "Swan" but could not afford the original. They suggested a couple of options and after a few back and forth emails I went with a completely custom design.... I am so happy with it. My solitaire is beautiful, one-of-a-kind, platinum head with yellow gold band and was affordable. It was delayed 5 extra days but I was informed of the process and the craftsmanship is great (I believe Danhov made it for them).
