Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone thinks that the quality of ACA''s have decreased since brian has left white flash? Does anybody know who took his position and how reputable that person is. Just curious as to what you guys think

No. The proportions are still quite similar. Even the BGD ideal rounds and ACAs have similar appearance.

I noticed that as well.....so which one is the best to buy from???? Did Brian tweak his signature stone from the ACA?

btw I know this is kinda old news....but I just bought an ACA(that hasnt come in yet) thinking that this brian inspected it because of the posts on this sight(did not realize how dated that were) now I find out that he left....so I guess I am just concerned now. Need someone to tell me its ok!!! haha (these online diamond purchases are nerveracking)

I am in the trade now but I am also the consumer who pressured WF/Brian into showing the heart images for ACA diamonds.
With that background in mind.

The range of the ACA line has not changed that I have seen.

Both BGD and WF sell excellent diamonds.

I would agree with this.

Well I think the quality of the customer service has gone downhill recently at WF-especially since Leslie left as their top CS person.

So although the diamonds at WF are still great I will (and have) taken my business to Brian Gavin Diamonds simply for the customer service. Can't beat Leslie-she's the best.

Ditto that, they still look as good as when I first came here years ago.

Thanks guys for the reassurance....i thought the customer service was great. I talked with Liza and Sheerah. Both were incredibly nice, honest, and helpful. I guess I can''t compare it to when brian and lesley were there because I havent done business with them before. Anyway.. thanks guys for the reassurance (until I actually get this ring I''m gonna be in a state of paranoia). Its coming one tuesday!

I have an ACA that was cut while Brian was at WF, and I upgraded it this year to another ACA that was cut after Brian left. Both are equally beautiful diamonds. And the customer service at WF is still top notch. I get very fast responses to my inquiries. With that being said, I have a couple of pieces from Brian Gavin Diamonds and they are gorgeous also. And the customer service has been great there too. So, in my opinion, no matter which company you go with, you can''t go wrong.

I have been working with Juli at WF and I cannot say enough great things. I think the service was exemplary. She even handled my last minute, insane curveball extremely well.

I have yet to recieve my stone (1.5 weeks hopefully) but I really have no doubt that it will be amazing.

I have dealt with both and both have excellent customer service. in reality, everyone has a down day, and that goes for both of them, where it might take a bit logner to get an e-mail answered etc, but 99% of the time the customer service of both is excellent and it is something they focus on. You really cant go wrong with either.
