Harry Winston Ring

I have a Harry Winston Anniversary Ring, I am told that it was purchased through the wholesale division of HW that no longer exists. I lost a stone and local jewelers donot want to replace the stone. They are telling me that the setting is inappopriate, and even if I replace the missing stone they cannot warranty their work on the ring, and I will be at risk for losing other stones(5 princess cut diamonds).

When contacting HW in NY they just told me that there is no longer a wholesale division of their business.

Shouldn''t HW stand by the name? Where can I contact someone for service with this matter?

I am not familiar with the HW policies.

You should continue persuing the matter with
HW until someone can help you.

If not, perhaps a compitent goldsmith can get
the job done for you.
