Hands Free for the car-what brand do you recommend?

Since there's a new law for 2014 among a ton...what hands free set do you recommend for the car? We have the iPhone 5 and appreciate any recommendations. It's for my husband since I have a newer car with Bluetooth which I absolutely LOVE!!!

I don't use one with my iphone. I just hit the speaker button and set the phone in a cup holder. But I rarely even use it in the car. In CA people don't understand what 'hands free' means. They think you can hold your phone flat in front of you and talk at it. It makes me a little crazy.

In talking with a couple people they've recommended Jabra. Does anyone have this that could provide some feedback?
