Halo sizes and styles - Help!

Can you tell me what type of styles are available for the little diamonds set in the halo? (bead, prong, pave...) I have seen many pics of halos, but have found diamonds more visable on some than others. Some have diamonds set tightly making the diamonds more visible and other halo are hard to see the detail of the diamonds. Don''t know if this is because of the metal beads used to hold them in place.

Also what is the smallest size possible for the width of a halo using .05 pointers and barely any metal on either size. I have a .90 Oval (7.6 by 5.5) and it is stunning and so sparkly. I really want a delicate look for the halo, and don''t knoe how the explain this to my jeweller. Help!

Hi... I have a .99 cut cornered square and JUST met with a designer (Maytal Hannah) to describe the VERY delicate halo I want. She is going to use just under 1 pointers. She was super easy to talk with and totally understood what I was saying in my non-technical way.

I'm really picky about my halo, so I have looked at tons and think I get what you're saying.

I think the prong set diamonds show off the individual diamonds better, but I have only seen those with larger halos. I think with smaller diamonds, it will appear like there is more metal.

Maytal's 1 pointer halo (IDK what size the emerald is and IRL the ring is very delicate and the halo quite sparkly):

This halo by Maytal has less than 1 pointers... not sure the exact size but they looked about half the size and had a subtle sparkle. The EC is 1.25ct

This is the same ring IRL next to my .99 PoH with my crappy camera taking in bad lighting

(My halo will be between these two, but closer to the emerald's.)

I tried on this Tacori and the halo is super subtle. It's really quite pretty (I tried it on without the sidestones).

Have you seen the white diamonds in a rose gold halo like this Beverly K at Pearlman's? It's a delicate look and the diamonds stand out individually (imvho).
