H and I Stones with Flouresence

I''m looking at two stones in the 2 ct range. The H has a medium blue flouresence. The I has a faint flouresence.

The H looks a lot whiter.

Does the flourescence add or subtract from the value of the stone?

price goes down, color looks better....life can be good sometimes

everything else being the same, go with the H.
