Which is better? Is one more expensive than the other?

They are not mutually exclusive. An AGS0 can be an H&A but is not necessarily. I suspect it is best for a stone to be both, whether branded or not. Of course and AGS0 with H&A that is K color and very included might not be as nice as a G VS2 AGS0. So we start getting into personal taste and personal priorities.

Branded H&A usually have a premium price.
