H&A on a GIA Certificate?

I've recently come across a diamond with a GIA certificate from June, 2002. There was "H&A" written under the Additional Comments section of the certificate. Has GIA started doing this? From what I've been reading on the internet, I only thought that H&As were from AGS. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You are right GIA adn AGS don't grade H&A

There can be a comment about inscription on the girdle e.g. "something something has been on the girdle of this diamond"
