Ah, there is the flipping thread. Missed that until now, but I could tell something was going on. For what its worth, flipping has never attracted me because I am the type that loses money on every flip.

Anyhow, Gypsy, please don't go anywhere, as you are one of my favorite PSers!

I didn't leave PS Kenny, sorry for any confusion. I was visiting with my best friend who just moved back to CA for Thanksgiving plus a couple extra days and I don't generally think it's polite to be hog up their computer time when you are a guest at someone's home and my computer didn't seem to like their router.

When I said I was leaving in that thread I just meant that I was leaving that thread alone as I had contributed all I was going to-- but ALSO that if the MODERATORS ASKED ME TO switch from consumer or vendor because of the rare flipping I would leave as a consumer and probably not return as a vendor as it wouldn't be worth it to me. But they haven't asked me to do so, so I'm still here.

BUT I TOTALLY APPRECIATE THE WELCOME BACK.

AND I DID change my mind- -just not about staying on PS or leaving. The last thing I wrote there was that I wouldn't be posting my flips on Pre-loved, but I decided that ultimately that the moderators allow it and I was fine with it if they were.


I'd rather that this post VERY SWEET post didn't re-open the flipping issue though.

Gypsy -- what's the status of your OEC RHR? I've been checking in from time to time for pictures, but haven't seen any. Since Kenny posted this thread, it seems like a good time to inquire

HI Tsavvy!! Thanks for asking. Probably won't have it till Christmas or possibly New Years. Hunt's lead time was 8-12 weeks when I booked-- so while I've communicated with them to finalize the design and even purchased the side stones, it will likely be another week or two till they get started on the wax. The stone is still with BGD getting recut-- I'm actually waiting for an update on the stone (I just emailed Lesley a little while ago). Promise I will post when I have it!!
