#1: They have loose diamonds with certificates that are viewable for double checking specs, very important!
#2: They have what they call Innerview, it''s a online session with a gemologist who can show you the diamond and all of it''s details via a video player, awsome! All you do is pick your diamond, schedual your appointment, then you can decide if it''s the right one for you or not.
#3 They have good prices and a 30 day return policy!
