Great Grandmothers Marcasite Watch

Hi I'm hoping someone may be able to tell me a bit about my vintage Marcasite watch. It was my great Grandmothers but I'm unsure how old it is. It's wind up and the face has Bucherer 17 jewels swiss written in it. It's very beautiful and delicate.
