If you were looking for one, where would you start? Or...any specific suggestions? Thanks!

Can''t recommend a seller, but can give an advice or two on the subject.

So, if you''re after a really great one:

a) forget about any that has a hint of grey or brown to it
b) eliminate any that has an obvious cutting flaw (a window, extinction, irregular outline etc.)
c) stay away from any that have less than perfect clarity (no eye-visible inclusions, not to mention cloudy or hazy appearance)
d) accept only those with good color coverage (even tone and saturation throughout the stone)
e) pick only medium-tone ones, nothing too light or too dark

For illustration, I think THIS is close to perfection - the picture is probably photoshoped, but nonetheless it shows what a great citrine should look like. And these that follow are also prety great in all respects except maybe precision of cutting, which could be better:

All depends on your budget and the intended use. But, Richard Homer has lots of gorgeous citrines, and his cut is amazing. I just picked an example for you at random, but it is Wow! Price $630. Link

"Signature, trademarked design; The hemispherical dimpled table acts as a negative magnifier drawing the image of the pavilion's radiating culet design away from the viewer...as viewing a distant twinkling yet radiating star. The image does not show this well, but, it is really cool in person. A Stargazer!"
