Got my Tacori ring back from being sized and 2 diamonds were missing!!!!

The band was sized also, by Tacori. The gray spot I am refering to is actually on the front top part of the band. Laney, I never had any issues with my Tacori before now. I have had it over a year.

I talked to my jeweler last week and was told they would try to rush things through and would let me know when to expect my rings back but they never got back with me, I am pretty disappointed in them.

Tacori got back with me Friday and told me that they have my ring and it would be back at my jewelers this Friday. They told me they removed the diamonds and added more metal to make sure the diamonds are secure. They said it looked like the ring may have been overpolished when it was sent in for sizing. Tacori apologized for taking so long to get back with me, they have been very responsive to my emails now. It takes them literally minutes to respond to my questions!
