ebay if you know what to look for, how to shop there and how to deal with the transaction details.

I would second the following sites:
Jewelsbyericagrace.com
singlestone.com
Doverjewelry.com
New York Estate Jewelers

You may be in luck...I found something similar while looking for OEC rings for another post and saw this and thought I'd show it to you.
I'm not sure it's the size you were looking for but the style is very similar to the JBEG one.

BTW: the ring on JBEG is beautiful. I looked at it for quite a while (and still hunt their site at least once a week just to look at all the beautiful vintage pieces).

Thanks VL ;)

I like some things about that ring but the side rectangular flanks make it look a little too bulky for my tastes for her. I emailed JBEG to get on their list for incoming arrivals and they also said they'd keep an eye out for me for something similar :)
Their site is far above and beyond what most of the other vinatge/estate seller have in regards to details on the rings and exceptionally high quality photos and videos. What a terrific operation they have going there !

I'm not sure what your budget is but have you check out www.singlestone.com at all? They are AMAZING as well but because they are based in Cali they are a bit more expensive than JBEG. The quality and service is amazing though. Do a PS search and you'll see the pieces that they've done here for some PSers.

Erica and Grace started out on PS and joined together with the love of vintage cuts and have grown SO MUCH since they first started (might be more details than that but that's the general story). When they went into custom design and everything that they put out is just beautiful and quality. Class act to work with as well :)

A few other places to check out are

www.antiqueengagementrings.com
www.newyorkestatejewelry.com
www.langantiques.com (another expensive one but great pieces)
