When you are looking at the stones, are they all GIA/AGS graded? Some stores carries other lab graded stones but they are not the same, with EGL being known to be softer on the color and clarity.
Here is a diamond I really like in your price range that I would be more comfortable with. I''m working right now with Whiteflash in purchasing my e-ring and this stone was very high on my list.
This is an AGS graded stone, which should give you the most comfort in regards to cut quality, as well as the color and clarity. When buying online its so nice to be able to see the IS, ASET, and actual diamond. You get this with vendors like Whiteflash, GOG, James Allen, etc. They also have their diamonds in hand which means they can look at them for you and talk to you about their clarity characteristics, as well as whether one looks more or less a certain color grade.
I''m sure GOG and James Allen have some stones with similar stats, but I knew this one of the top of my head because I spent a lot of time looking at it. In regards to Whiteflash, I''ve been pleased with them, and they have taken a very non-pressure approach. Good luck and happy hunting!
Yes this is a diamond where an ASET or Idealscope image is needed. With the colours H and I it is doubtful you would notice any difference when mounted - with the video linked above please use it as a guide only! Colour perception and computer monitors can vary so if you are unsure, look at some similarly graded, cut quality, size and colour graded diamonds in person to see where your preferences are.
