hi folks - whitby here.
so my best friend in the US has a brother, and through me he met my best girlfriend from australia. and they fell in love.
and about 3 months ago he called me and said "Kareyn - i want to talk about jewelry - rings, specifically..." so we looked and looked and ultimately on the Good Old Gold website found a real steal - a .95 E I1 H&A stone, completely eye clean and absolutely beautiful. Good Old Gold was beyond helpful, and darren answered all our questions tirelessly and worked with my friend to get him the ring of his dreams. my friend then had it set in a james allen setting and it was shipped yesterday, arrived today, and it''s now sitting 6 inches away from my keyboard as i type. IT''S GORGEOUS! and friday next week he intends to propose and i know this will absolutely knock her socks off. he and i have just spent a very excited 15 minutes on the phone ("is it ok??" "Yes, it''s perfect!" "are you SURE??" "yes - POSITIVE!!"), and i have his blessing to share it with all of you here on PS.
i wish you could see it in person - it''s stunning.
