Good luck with Zoara Hearts & Arrows?

I am looking at a diamond on Zoara that is labeled as Hearts & Arrows. Its comes back with a 0.7HCA, but there are no pictures of the diamond listed on the site. I asked on their chat CSR and he said that they evaluate H&A based on angles and visual inspections. I was just wondering if anyone here has had good/bad luck with a H&A diamond from Zoara?

I totally agree. I requested one and they said they should be able to provide it tomorrow. I noticed that it has a cavity in it. Is this something I should be concerned about?
