Good deal on a Tacori ering on eBay?

I love my ering (RB in a Danhov halo setting from James Allen) but it doesn''t stop me from mulling over what might have been had I made a different choice. So I came across this Tacori that appears to be from Solomon Bros. on eBay- looks like it could be a good deal for the right person! I know eBay is not usually a good resource but it seems that you CAN get great deals from private sellers who need to unload their jewelry. So what do you guys think? Would it be a good deal?

even if it were totally legitimate, there is no way i would buy a high $$$ item from a brand new ebayer with 0 feedback.
