Good buy on this stone?

Hey everyone...could use some advice on this stone I'm looking at for an engagement ring.

I'm looking at buying this stone from b2cjewels.com....They have this stone on hold for me. B2c took the listing down while on hold for me so I'm using a competitor website with same stone to show the GIA cert and stone itself.

The asking price is around $4500. Is this a good buy? I've been told this is eye clean and beautiful. HCA scores well.

IMO, that is in the ballpark for a well cut .90 stone. It may be just a little high (few hundred)... but about right...
