Looks like Arabic writing so I would guess Middle East / maybe Turkey.
Unfortunately without hallmarks such pieces are almost impossible to date as manufacturing and pattern styles have been similar for many hundreds of years.
I would assume it’s an older piece, not newly made.
As for value, normally such pieces are gold value plus a bit for manufacture. Some pieces however are collectible and that increases value beyond that of the gold.

Thanks bron I pulled it out of the the ocean it had Little Rock’s stuck in it I never tried to clean it that would be a job for a jeweler so it would shine up nice.looked like it been there a long time.

It's a beautiful and substantial bracelet!
The coin looks like Ottoman 100 Kuruş, possibly form the time of Mehmed V.
The filigree clap and workmanship also looks consistent with Ottoman work I've seen before, though probably not the highest quality.

If gold, I'd bet it's 22k, at least the coin should be.
